VCI Packaging Films (Plastic VCI)

Zerust® is the original VCI film company and invented VCI infused plastic technology (VCI Plastic). Zerust® VCI packaging films are available in many stock and custom options. VCI Film comes in a range of sizes and MIL thicknesses and can be made in VCI plastic sheets, tubing, J-sheeting and c-fold sheeting. Some stock bag options are flat VCI bags, zipper bags and VCI gusset liners.

VCI Emitters & VCI Diffusers

In addition to traditional VCI film and other packaging products, Zerust® offers the ICT® 800 Emitter Series. VCI Emitters (also known as VCI diffusers) provide targeted corrosion protection in hard-to-reach enclosed spaces or can be used as added protection to Zerust® VCI packaging products. Rust Inhibitors, Preventatives and Coatings

The Zerust®/Excor® Axxanol™ anti corrosion oils consist of solvent and oil-based rust preventative products that are specifically designed to protect ferrous, non-ferrous and multimetal metal assets. Use Axxanol™ products to protect bare metal surfaces during manufacturing processes, storage and shipping applications from rust and corrosion.
