VCI Packaging Films
VCI film combines protective packaging with vapor corrosion inhibitor technology. Within an appropriately enclosed package, VCI molecules diffuse through the internal space and help protect accessible metal surfaces against corrosion. Available formats may include sheets, tubing, center-fold or J-sheeting, bags, zipper bags, and gusseted liners, depending on product and local availability.
VCI kraft paper combines physical wrapping or interleaving with corrosion-inhibiting chemistry. It can be considered for metal sheets, coils, machined components, tools, industrial parts, and export packaging, subject to the selected grade and packaging design.
VCI emitters are designed for enclosed or difficult-to-reach spaces such as electrical cabinets, control panels, equipment cavities, containers, pipes, and packaged assemblies. Product selection depends on enclosure volume, metal type, environmental exposure, protection period, and sealing conditions.
Axxanol™ products include oil-based and solvent-based rust preventatives designed for direct application to metal surfaces. Depending on grade, they can support in-process protection, storage, shipping, and preservation of ferrous, non-ferrous, or multi-metal assemblies.
AxxaClean™ products are designed to remove rust, oxidation, tarnish, or process contaminants and prepare metal surfaces for subsequent handling, assembly, painting, welding, or protection. Metal compatibility and the recommended cleaning, rinsing, and drying procedure must be confirmed for the selected grade.
