CHEMINDO,
MANUFACTURING
Formulate. Test. Manufacture. Deliver.
Chemindo develops custom material compounds and engineered finished products for industrial and consumer applications. By connecting formulation, raw-material sourcing, laboratory testing, compounding, molding, quality control, and delivery, we help customers move from technical requirement to repeatable production.
Manufacturing Introduction
Our manufacturing division grew from Chemindo’s foundation in specialty materials and technical distribution. This gives our development and production teams access to material knowledge, international supplier relationships, and an integrated supply chain that supports quality, consistency, and commercial scalability.
We currently specialize in rubber and elastomer compounding and compression-molded finished products. Each project is evaluated around its application, operating conditions, target properties, processing requirements, tooling, quality criteria, and expected production volume.

Why Work With Chemindo Manufacturing
Integrated from Material to Product
Material selection, compounding, testing, molding, quality control, and delivery are coordinated within one development framework.
Application-Specific Development
Formulations and finished components are evaluated against actual operating conditions and performance targets rather than treated as one-size-fits-all products.
Confidential Development
Customer drawings, samples, specifications, formulations, and project information are handled through controlled internal processes. Any formal confidentiality commitment should be documented contractually.
Laboratory-Supported Quality
In-house testing supports formulation development, incoming and in-process evaluation, batch consistency, and finished-product verification according to the agreed control plan.
Scalable Production
Projects can progress from evaluation and prototyping into commercial manufacturing, subject to material, tooling, equipment, and volume feasibility.
